Exchanges

• We accept exchanges in case of any size issue within 3 days of delivery.
• Please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange due to a size issue.
• The return courier charge for any exchange will be borne by the customer.

Exchange Procedure

2. Our team will provide you with the return address for the exchange parcel.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us at your expense.
4. Include a note with your name, order number, and the size you require in exchange.

Inspection and Approval

• If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement size to you.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for exchange.
